how to stop my email sending automatically when im still typing!

when im typing an email it often sends it way before i am finished. I dont
seem to be pressing anything and it doesnt do it always , but it does do it
often and its highly annoying. any one know how to disable that or what is
happening?

I think you might be hitting Alt-S while typing. Not sure if you can disable
that keyboard shortcut
