How to stop Inbox Messages from automatically collpasing in group

S

steviegee

The messages in my Inbox are grouped by 'Message Class', with one type called
'Message', another 'Undelivered Messages'. These groups are automatically
collpased every time I leave and return to Inbox. I have tried removing by
clicking and unchecking View>Arrange By>Show In Groups, but every time I
leave Inbox and return later, this option is automatically checked off again
and the Messages are again collapsed by Class. That means that I have to
expand Class EVERY time I return to Inbox!!
Any ideas how to correct this?
Much appreciated,
Stevie Gee

Thanks so much for taking time to reply. I tried what I think you suggested to no avail. I also have tried View>Arrange By> Customize > Group By > Aurtomatically Group according to arrangement (uncheck this box).
Then when I leave Inbox and return again, and go thru same flow chart, this
check box has been checked off again!!!!
?????
Thanks again.

Thanks yet again.
What does it mean to have a 'corrupt profile', and how do I get a new one?
