How to Stop Icons Creating Automatically

I have a problem where icons keep creating on my desktop and they popup some raunchy pictures. The icons are Fun-Games, VizitUs, Instant Access and Top10 Music. Does anyone know I got these? Also, how can I get rid of them? Putting them in the recycle bin and deleting the folders/files doesn't help, they just come back.

Make sure you update the programs after installation
