How to stop getting the pop 3 repeatedly to my outlook account.

I get pop 3 messages repeatedly in my Outlook 2003 when ever I open my
account. When ever the down load is not completed I receive the same
messages repeatedly. How do i configure it with my POP 3 account.

I get all the messages( Mails ) from the POP 3 account which has not
completed downloading. if the messages for a particular day( period ) are
not fully downloaded the same messages will be repeated many times. In the
past when I use Outlokk Express the downloaded messages were not repeated.
But now I shifted to M.S Outlook I get the new problem.

One explanation is that Outlook and Outlook Express perform the POP commands
in a different order. If OE performs a DELE after each RETR, but Outlook
performs all RETRs followed by the DELEs, and it's interrupted prior to the
DELEs, you'd see the behaviour you describe.
