how to stop configuration process each time i start access 2007

Every time I start access 2007, it goes through a configuration process. Is
there any way of stopping it. It takes so much time that I avoid using access

If you are running two version of office and switching between them , then
there is a built in defect which causes it to do this whenever you switch
versions.
