How to show the length of duration for an ?

It would be very helpful if apointments would show a numeric value for the
length of duration of an appointment when viewing the calendar in the on day
view.

Is there a way to get the calendar to show the length of duration and
appointment in the one day view?

Thank you,
John

Milly,
What I want is for the duration of the appointment to show up on the screen
and on the printed page. We are using the printed pages to enter our hours
worked into QuickBooks. Right now I have to calculate the duration of each
appointment before I enter the information into QuickBooks. If Outlook
showed or printed the duration of the appointment I would not need to
calculate the hours of each appointment.

Idealy, I would like to find some software that automates the process of
moving the appointment duration from Outlook into Quickbooks. I have forund
one softeware package, BillQuick with BillQuick Assistant, that can take
Outlook appointments and convert them into time entries in QuickBooks. After
trying it a bit it seems that using BillQuick is more work than entering the
data manually. It would be great if there was some software that faciltated
this data transfer more easily. Any sugestions would be appreaceated.

BTW I do have Show ToolTips turned on but I do not get appointment
information when I hover over an appointment.

Thank you,
John

What version of Outlook are you using? Tooltips work here in Outlook 2003 -
I also have the duration displayed. Do you have "Show end time" checked
under Other settings?
