How to show security tab on local drive C:\ properties.

The only way I can access the security tab on C:\ drive is to boot into safe
mode. I would like to show this tab normally.
 
You can't do that with the Home Edition.

This is by design if you're running XP Home.

If you're running XP Pro, in Windows Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options,
View and uncheck Use Simple File Sharing.

For XP Home, you can make the security tab visible outside of Safe Mode.
