How to show more of file name in a list of files

I've uploaded a bunch of PDF's to a folder on our website which I named
"archive." The idea is to let people on our committee review records of past
meetings.

When you go to that folder, it looks like this this:

This is all good, but the left column only displays part of the file name
before the "..>". Is there a way to make more of the file name appear? Or
is this even a FrontPage question?

Thanks much for any feedback!

The display is defined by the server.

Be aware that spaces and punctuation characters (apart from full stop,
hyphen and underline) in file and folder names are likely to break links
in some browsers.

Some users will have problems with SD -5-103, 3683&3665etc.pdf

By the way, I found a sort of workaround. It's not very professional but
here's what I did.

First, I labeled all the PDF's with a category. I called it "Archive."
Then, I put a blank page in that directory. Then I went to Insert | Web
Component | Table of Contents | Based on Page Category | Finish. That made a
web page which lists the full name of all the PDF's. After that I edited the
new web page to make it look more like the rest of my site.

Thanks again for the help!
