How to show cell borders?

I've pasted an HTML table into Excel. Everything formatted fine.
However, the cells in that area no longer have borders. The lines are
gone and everything there is white. How do I get these borders/lines
back?

Hi Bret
Is it "Borders" that are missing, or do you mean the gridlines? Select one of the cells and go to Format>Cells>Pattern. The Pattern is probably set to white, change it to "no color"

Good Luck

Use Paste Special instead of Paste.
Select 'Text' instead of the default 'HTML format'
