how to show a week number in outlook

I'm using outlook 2003 for windows XP and I would like to have week numbers
shown when e.g. using the month view?

This is at least possible using outlook in the windows 2000

By the way - how to make outlook and excel come up with the same week number?
 
Tools > Options Preferences tab Calendar Options button
Under Calendar Options check "Show week numbers in the Date Navigator"
