How to share .ppt (w/ sound) with Mac Office OSX

I need to run a PP presentation on Mac OSX will file that has sound files. I
create on PC, copy to CD (along with all sound files) but am unable to hear
sounds on Mac, unless I reinstall all sounds while on Mac. Gotta be an
easier way.
