How to share a PST file between two different individuals

Does anyone know a way to share a pst between two different individuals? The
issue revolves around an executive admin needing access to her boss’s
mailbox. The problem is the mailbox is over the limit therefore she uses pst
for archiving. The EA needs acess to all of her boss's email.

If there are utilities or work arounds that someone could share I'd
appreciate it.

You can't share a PST simultaneously since it's a single user data store.
