Everyone in the family uses outlook 2003 for email - we would like to set it
up so that messages that come into Mom's address go into Mom's email folder
and messages that come into Dad's address go into Dad's email folder

Click Help and enter "Create a rule" into the search field.

You need to create rules to do this. As Brian stated, read the help on it but
you will want to use the "received thru a specified account" and "move to a
specified folder" actions in your rules. This way, any mail "received thru a
specific account" will be "moved to a specific folder" (usually subfolders of
"Inbox" makes for a good visual cue).

Of course, my previous reply assumes you have different Outlook accounts for
each user. If all users receive mail thru a single Outlook account, you will
need to use the "which contain specified words in the recipient's address"
action to identify each user's e-mail
