I have a Windows XP SP2 with 2 networks interface.
The Two network interfaces have an access to internet.
1 interface is on A DMZ, the other is on a dedicated access.
The PC uses if I remember well the fastest connexion at the time it tries to
access the web.
But for bandwidth reasons, I want to use only the interface on the dedicated
ligne to accesse the web. this ligne is used for download purpose.

Is it possible to force the PC to use the inferface I want to connect to
internet ?

David,

Adjust the metric, manually, to make one interface preferable over the other.
