how to set wallpaper to terminal sessions

hi
group policy object for this purpose says that "this setting does not apply
to terminal server sessions".

any idea?

What setting do you mean?

User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Desktop\Active Desktop

Okay. I can't find anything about this option that says it should not be
enabled in terminal sessions.

However I know this Policy Settings requires Active Desktop.

1.. Open Terminal Services Configuration.
2.. In the console tree, click Server Settings.
3.. In the details pane, right-click Active Desktop, and then click
Properties.
4.. Select the Disable Active Desktop and make sure it´s enabled and not
disabled
