how do i set up, my microsoft outlook mail, so i can use
this easier than yahoo or anything else.?

Anything more specific? Ask your ISP for the server settings so you can
receive your mail in Outlook.

You need a POP3 account (sending) and SMTP account (receiving) to set in your Outlook controls. or IMAP or HTTP account, the latter HTTP is from Hotmail I believe. Contact your email service and ask it they have POP3 available and get the site information. It may require a premium service acount

In Outlook sellect "Tools" tab then select "E-mail Acounts". Follow instructions to Add a new email account.

You left out a lot of details there. What email are you using: loca
provider, aol, yahoo. What do you consider easy...that is not an eas
answer
