You need a POP3 account (sending) and SMTP account (receiving) to set in your Outlook controls. or IMAP or HTTP account, the latter HTTP is from Hotmail I believe. Contact your email service and ask it they have POP3 available and get the site information. It may require a premium service acount
In Outlook sellect "Tools" tab then select "E-mail Acounts". Follow instructions to Add a new email account.
