How to set up mail

How do you set up Windows mail? I have used my yahoo, my MSN and my web
mail. None has worked,please help

WinMail only does POP3 and IMAP mail, not Webmail.
 
Webmail does not work with Windows Mail.
If you want to set up your ISP mail, just follow their published
instructions for setting it up on Outlook Express.
