How to set up for managed newsgroups

As an MSDN subscriber, I used to get responses to posts I made to this
newsgroup (and others) with Outlook Express, but I'm not any more. According
to the MSDN site I shouldn't have to use the web UI to make this work.

Can someone please tell me what I've got to do to get this working again?
 
If you log into the member area of MSDN, on the start page there will be a
notice about newsgroup responses. Basically, you create and register a fake
email address to use when you are in the newsgroups and their system will
monitor messages submitted by that fake email address.

Yeah, did all that. It ain't working. And it used to, that's what's
ticking me off.

Thanks anyway. I'm trying to get support more directly now.
