How to set up CSS

I've heard alot about using CSS. Can anyone tell me how to get started in
using this method. I'm using FP 2003 and don't know where to start.

It helps if you understand HTML and know how to code in HTML mode.

Search the NET fo CSS stylesheets tutorials.
