Can anyone please explain in detail of how I can set up in a project
management database 11 in order to recemve daily reminders of follow-up
clients and enquiries.
thank you
Larry Linson sent me a private email requesting that I not abandon this
NG. Out of respect for Larry and what he has done for the newsgroups I
am taking his advice to heart.
In my opinion your best course of action is to check out the new
capabilities of Outlook 2007. Just today I witnessed what someone set
up in Outlook 2007 for exactly that purpose and I was quite impressed.
If that is not enough, perhaps check out Microsoft Project or equivalent
open source programs at:
http://sourceforge.net/index.php
or check out:
http://www.simtel.net
If after checking out those alternatives you still want to look into
using Microsoft Access, which is quite capable of being programmed to do
what you want, post back and one of the many volunteer posters here can
give you further advice.
I will probably ignore any posts in this NG that have a majority of the
following:
ridiculous posting names such as would be found in, say, an Austin
Powers movie when the rocket is taking off.
uncapitalized sentences
posts with links to nonprofessional looking web sites that are big on
primary colors
misspelled words
posts with poor grammar
excessive use of !'s
use of the word "kewl" or a variant such as "keeeeeeeeewwwwwlllll"
posts that have a certain spirit that I have come to loathe
I might still answer some like that anyway if it increases everyone's
understanding of Access. You know who you are.

I don't mind seeing and even answering fake posts. I don't even mind a
fake poster trying to pass off my code as their own. I mind the fake
poster(s) posting in such a way that heaps undue contempt or scorn on
the majority of posters in this NG.
