How to set up and format a 2 foot by 5 foot wide banner in Word

I don't think it can be done. I think there's a 22" x 22" limitation. Use
Pblisher instead.
 
As JoAnn and Tom have told you, Word doesn't support banner printing. Its
absolute limit for both height and width is 22".
