How to set up an income report for a school store.

We are starting a school store and need help! How to report income (money
from purchases vs. donated items), expenses as well as an inventory. Non of
us are business minded. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
That's a good question, but you can hardly get any further help without
giving us more details about your project.
How do you keep track of your sales, donations, etc. in an Access database?
