How to set up a shared calender everyone can see

I need to establish a claender that everyone in the ofice can access. The
purpose is show everyone opur istalltion and service schedule for the month.
How can this be done?
 
Do you use an Exchange Server in the office? If so, you could try using a
Public Folder to do what you want
