How to set Thesaurus in Tools

I had computer problems. Lost automatic spell check and lost the Thesaurus in
Tools. It was under a title "Language" which when I clicked on gave me a
thesaurus link.

Please tell me how to reset these two actions. Automatic Spell Check and
ability for the some words in email to "spell themselves" and to reset the
thesaurus.
