How to set the security level?

Hi,
When I try to access the hp website, I got the following error messages:

This is the MICROSOFT ACCESS newsgroup. ACCESS is a database application
that is part of MICROSOFT OFFICE.

Sounds like you dhouls be in an Internet Explorer newsgroup.
