How to set security in certain tables, queries, and/or forms?

I have a problem. I want to know if there is a way to block anyone from
changing tables, queries, and/or forms in Access? I have been instructed NOT
to place security on this database, but the maintenance to keep others from
making changes it too time consuming. Any suggestions?

I'd you don't use security then there is no real way to prevent people
opening up your datase directly in Access & changing the tables from
there.
