How to set outlook today with my hotmail account

I want to set my outlook today with my email id(hotmail) but it shows error
at the time of sending and receive as error inbox sincronizing header.
reported error(0x800CCF6) an unknown error has occured please save your
exsisting datas and restart the programme.

Unless you're using Outlook Live with a Hotmail Premium account, I don't
think Outlook Today can reference the Hotmail folders.
