How to set Outlook to always spellcheck before sending
mails? Is it possible?
 
Tools->Options->Spelling.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Sure, go to Tools. Options, click the spelling tab and click on "Always run spell check before sending"
