How to set "do not archieve" flag to message in Outlook?

I wonder how to set "do not archieve" flag to message(s) received or sent
through Outlook?
 
If you mean on specific messages to overrule the folder settings;
open the message-> File-> Properties-> tick Do not AutoArchive this item
