Using multiple accounts, and want to control which one e-mail account is used
when responding or forwarding messages.

when responding or forwarding messages.

Outlook, by default, uses whatever account the message was sent to as the
account used to reply/forward. You can, of course, manually override this
default. If you're using Outlook 2003 (you didn't state what version you're
using), click on the Accounts button on your message screen to choose which
account you want to use.
