Personally, I'm not sure how one sets quota on a particular directory, but
it's easy enough to right-click the drive in question from My Computer,
select Quota, click the checkbox and enter the amount of disk space you wish
to limit users. The drawback to this, as far as I'm aware, is that it sets
a quota for every user on the PC. HTH.

You can adjust the Quota for each user by clicking on the Quota Enrties
button at the bottom of the Quota Properties Tab
