How to sent Demo of my Software without VS IDE, and Pocket PC Device

Hi,
I am developing application in VS .NET 2003 [c#]. I am using Pocket PC
2003 emulator for the preview. I have made the installer to install the
application on device. This is all working fine.
Now here is the problem, I want to show my application to other person.
I cannot take the device there, and in his laptop there is no VS IDE
installed.

Is there any software available which is equivalent to emulator and I can
install that software on my PC and his PC, install my software in the
software, save the state of the software and sent him the same and request
him to see my software using that saved file?

I have install and try with "Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Emulator
Images for Pocket PC - WWE", it provides list of emulators but when I try to
run my cab file this emulator, it is not working properly. My target device
is Pocket PC 2003 and this is Second Edition.

I am stuck with this, I just want to demo my software to him and I cannot do
this .....

Theres the Microsfot Device Emulator. you can run it and install your
software on this devices (via shared folders with your pc) then save
the state and run the emulator via batchfile so that it loads your
image.
You can also set some more options like RAM Size etc...
