how to send shared attachment in microsoft outlook

dear sir,
I want to send a excel document to all my team members so that
they can modify that and they can send it back to me but when i went for t he
shared attachments option it is asking for the url.
What is that url and how can i configure.
 
which version of outlook? are you using windows SharePoint?
