how to send pictures in Outlook or OE

Is there a 3rd party software solution that allows a user
to create "a flyer" with images and text in it, so that
when it is emailed it can be viewed by outlook and OE
users as "a flyer" without them having to click on an
attachement to view, what I might be talking about is
viewing this as an html page without screwed up
formatting.

I also asked a similar Q. Outlook PREVIOUSLY worked
fine. You could choose HTML format and then
Insert/Picture and browse through to the pics you wanted
and they'd be embedded inline within the email. Easy!

A couple of months ago that seemed to stop working
(possibly due to a patch/update?).(

The best I've come up with so far is as follows (and it
seems to work fine - try it!) ...

1. open a new HTML-format email and enter any text
2. Right-click on your picture file and choose Send To
--> Internet Explorer (or whatever your browser is)
Note: if it isn't listed for Send To, you may have to
put a shortcut to your browser in the SendTo folder,
which is Documents and Settings\<your-user-name>\SendTo
(you only need to do that once, then it remembers it)
3. that will open a browser window displaying your pic
4. now Right-click on the picture and choose Copy.
5. Go back to your email and put the cursor somewhere in
the message body, Right-click and choose Paste.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for any other pics you want embedded
and then send your email.

I've tried it and this works fine.

It's just a bit frustrating that it used to be so easy
and now it's a bit long-winded and not documented!

Have fun, Phil )
