How to send an e-mail anonymous?

I want to know how to send an e-mail without the recipient knowing who sent it.
 
I guess I am confused. Why does it matter why? I just want the answer if you
know it. Will I not get an answer if I don't say why I want to know????
 
I guess I'm confused. What does sending anonymous email have to do with
document management in Word?

Basically, you can't. Anything electronic can be followed backwards if
someone really wants to. That's why you should always think twice (or three
or four times) about hitting the send button on an email that you want to
send anonymously.
