Cida,
In PPT 2003 open the pps, go to File - Send to - Mail recipient (as
attachment).

Cida,

If you don't use Outlook, go to your email account. Start a new message,
then, depending on the program, find the "attach" option. In Outlook, all you
need to do is find the paperclip icon.

Just attach your pps file as attachment in your email.
But if there're some externally linked files with this pps file, such as
audio, video or Flash files which are not embedded, you must zip these files
with pps in one package. Otherwise these additional media will not work when
the receiver open the pps file.

Certainly you can try converting pps to Flash, which can embed all external
files in one. Get Free Trial at
http://www.sameshow.com/download/ppt2flash-download.html. If you want to show
your pps file in the body of email, you also can try the Flash files, which
can be properly embedded as part of body in email not just atttached. Learn

Have fun : - )

Hi Cida,

Just go to where you stored the slideshow, right click the .pps file and
choose "SEND TO | MAIL RECIPIENT".

Good Luck.
