How to Select and Delete multiple subform records?

Hi All,

I have a form(Employees) and subform(Skills) with a one to many
relationship. The subform displays all the skills of the employee selected
in the main form. I would just like the user to be able to select MORE THAN
ONE of the skills in the subform datasheet and press the 'Delete' button to
delete as many as they like all at once. Is this possible in Access? Any
ideas?

You could do it with a multi-select list box.
