How to secure data on the second hard drive?

I have added a second hard drive to computer for data storrage. Now how do I
secure all this data on the second drive?
Please help.....
 
First, a better post would be nice. Second, if you are trying to make a
secure backup, I would suggest copying the files you want over to the
secondary hard drive and use an encryption program to keep the files
confidential. There are many programs that can do all of this for you.
Just spend an hour on google.com ;)
