How to say the year before this year?

Hi.
I tried various ways but none of them seems to be accepted and bring any
result
I need something that expresses the year part of the current year as a param
in a query

Apologies, but I don't seem to be able to find something easy as that.

Year(Now) will give you this year as a number, so you can subtract 1 for last
year.
