How to save workbook as a volatile filename

As part of a macro I need to save a workbook using the current month as the
filename.
e.g. september.xlsm, october.xlsm etc.
The month is in a cell in the workbook to be saved.
Is this possible? Can anyone help?
I am using Excel 2007 running on XP Pro
