Hi
A friend has asked me to reformat WinXP on their machine. As per the
subject line, how do I save the complete Calendar so's I can replace it
into the new install of Outlook 2003?

Hi,

Outlook data file contains all folders (inbox, calendar, contacts, sent
items, deleted items, etc.) in one file Outlook.pst. Export the folder
calendar to a pst file then import it into new outlook install. You can also
look for outlook.pst and back it up. Then restore it in the new outlook
install.
