How to save my Outlook setup & config

MS Outlook 2003
I would like to save all my outlook setup & config.
(so I can easily set up a new computer system when I need to)

MS Office has a utility to run that seems to save all the user
customizations for everything else but not for Outlook.

Is there a file that contains all the Outlook setup that I can mearly copy
or a special utility that will allow me to do this.
