How to save images using the keyboard instead of the mouse.

As we all know, if you want to save an image on a web-
page, you right-click then 'save as' to save it to your
harddrive.
But if you don't have a mouse, what is the keyboard
equivalent of that functionality?
I know that once you have selected the image you want,
you simply need to hit the 'alternate select' key next to
the 'ctrl' key and proceed.
Selecting the image in order to complete that step is
where I am having trouble.

If anyone knows, please enlighten me.

Thanks.
Luciano.

Probably impossible to save an individual picture like this without a
mouse. A mouse is part of the Windows experience. Get one.

If you use File/Save from browser, the browser will save teh entire web
page. One of the files will be the picture in gif, jpg, or other format.
