How to save a web page

Can anyone tell me how to save a web page onto your local
hard drive once changes have been made via the web?

?

After you make your changes online (the live site), you then Publish it (down to) your local machine (name it whatever you like).

However, it's much safer to work on your local copy (make changes) then Publish it (up to) your server.

Through the publish interface; instead of publishing to the server, publish down
to your local machine from the server. ( it is a two way thing....).

Or using your FTP program, just publish the pages back to your local machine.

Personally I prefer working on changes on the local machine and uploading changes
as I go. since if you're working straight on the server and you have a lot of
visitor traffic, this might slow things down for you (or them) a bit ??
