how to save a copy of messages on the serwer so when it downloads to your
computer it still stays on your other e-mail.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup relevant to
whatever e-mail client you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express?)

You're asking in the wrong place, Kate. The Microsoft webpage can be
confusing, and it's misled you!

The "Access" in this group's name refers to the database program Microsoft
Access.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas to the EMail program you're using
- which might be Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, or some other program, I
don't know; and post your question there.
