how to run scheduled tasks without logging into win xp pro

I want to run a batch file that backs up data from my computer and also from
another computer on the home network. Both run xp pro. The task runs great
when I am loged into each computer, and they are on. However, I want to be
loged off of each at the time the task is set to run ( 2:00 am). The task
runs on my computer, but it does not access the remote computer. I have the
remote drive mapped. All shares seem to be fine. I can not find any
information on trying to access a remote computer when both computers are not
loged on.
Of course I can access the remote when it is not loged on and I am on my
computer.

Any ideas??

In the Scheduled Task properties, ensure you have the box unchecked for "Run
only if logged in".

Thank you for your help. I had the computers set up like that. I did find the
way to do it. Mapped drives do not work when you are not logged in. One must
use the UNC computer name and share name to connect to the right drives. I
set up this way, and my backup ran last night. All is well.

Thanks again.
