How to run a MSI file in emulator

I have copied NETCFSetupv2.msi( 37.5 MB SP2) in to Emulator . But I am not
able to run the MSI file.
I ave getting msg "
There is no application associated with NETCFSetupv2"

Can any one help me out ?

The .msi file is *not* for the mobile device - it is a setup for your desktop pc. Run it on your desktop at will and you will be able to install the software on your mobile device via ActiveSync (automatically at next sync or go to Tools -> Software).

Thank you for the help , it was very much helped me and resolved the issue
