how to rotate a text box?

You can rotate the text inside the textbox by clicking the rightmost icon on
the Textbox toolbar - which should show when you select the textbox but if
it doesn't, then with the textbox selected, right click on another toolbar
and click on Textbox in the list.
 
The Text Direction command should also appear on the Format menu.
