how to retrieve a folder that I accidentally deleted in outlook?

Please help me I need to retrieve a folder (actually an account) I deleted in
outlook. Is this possible?

Version of Outlook?
Connected to an Exchange server?
Single folder?
Checked your Deleted Items folder for subfolders already?
