How to restrict IE

Hi, i want to restrict Internet Acces to some users using
group policy, can anyone help, or limit wich url can go

set a false proxy server in GPO to restrict them

User Config\Windows Settings\IE Maint\Connection
 
I restrict the entire internet from an OU by disallow running IExplore.exe
User config\administratiive templates\system\don't run specified windows
applications
